Yea - I SAID it!!!!  I thought that girl had fell off her rocker for all that exercise crap - then she goes and injures herself and STILL tries to keep going.....

PURE DAYUM FOOL..... that's what I thought.

Then, umm... see - this 'friend' of mine I know.... she umm.... started a new fitness routine.  Girly was already pulling good weights but she needed something a lil different, so she got a trainer and started with these bell thingees.....  kettlebells!  yea, that's them.  Well, with the trainer everything was cool - but ole girl just HAD to get her own for home and find a routine.  Lil heffa did her first set of chair dips on her own and felt a pull in her shoulder (form was off) but she shook it off..... felt the soreness days after, but figured she just needed to work it out.....

Weeellllll - that ignit bytch finally drug azz into the doctor today - chiropractor.  Turns out she sprained the shoulder joint and pulled a muscle.  Has lost 40% range of motion so far......

But guess what this bytch was doing this morning?  KETTLEBELLS!   boy I tell you - talk about can't keep a good MAN down.... hell - try keeping a former fat bytch from exercising and SEE WHAT HAPPENS!!!!

So - wish my 'friend' well, m'kay?  She's accepted doing cardio and lowerbody for now - doc said if she kept it at 10lbs or less, she could still do upper body after this week......   she ain't happy!!!!!!

And ummm - sorry bout the dayum fool thang, pickle - still lub you boo-boo!!!!!

Well I'll be DAM,   I got my dam gun out thought I was gonna have to come up in her and blast a mother flucker.

Yo ole yella ass done pulled **** and still trying to hobble yo broke ass through it.

DAM THAT SOUNDS REAL FAMILIAR

Remember my first round of P90X where I ****** up my shoulder and got a slight tear in my rotator cuff.   *****Warning*********    When you workout on a injured shoulder because that muscle may not be strong enough like your legs to sustain itself you have a HUGE risk of doing even worse damage.     I know,  I did it.    But I still got my ass up and P90X'ed through it.   LOL.

Girl sorry about your shoulder,  but seriously give it a few days to mend, especially with kettlebells requiring such extreme range of motion.

why you gotta be all up on the 'yella' thing?  we talking bout my shoulder!!!! LOL

don't worry - now that I know the issue, I will rest it.  I kinda did in the beginning, but as SOON as it felt the slightest bit better -- i was back on the rack!  So I never really let it heal.  This doc is really good tho - he very quickly diagnosed a couple things without me saying anything.

and NO - me being stupid was NOT one of the things he figured out!!!!!

I go to a local park that has a fitness center - the trainer actually does classes at my neighborhood community center, which is where my babygirl goes to school and has after school day care.  I have been chatting about fitness with him for months - so I finally put my $$ where my mouth is! and look what it got me! LMAO

I just luv yall.  Why do I still overeat when I am down.  All I need to do is tune in to BAF to get my head on straight.  LMAO
Unlike most of you I am still fighting myself to get the weight off, not just keeping it together or maintaining.  I use to wonder why at so many years out many were still working at it.  NOW I KNOW.  It's a never ending process.
Yeah you talk about other stuff besides weightloss however I'm not there yet.  I have gotten off the wagan train so many time some days I wonder was it a dream or did it really exist.  Then I dig up the old post.
I thank all of you still around.  Even though some names and faces have changed.

You are not by yourself on over eating when life sends you there.  Its a daily challenge for me too.  I can binge on raw cabbage just to keep the calories down, lol.  You are so right.  This is a never ending process.
