I am doing WW also,  I started 3 weeks ago just by going to meetings because I needed to be in a room full of people who were trying to lose weight.   I am really enjoying it because I can eat stuff I like and still stay on. 

Good luck with WW,  I am hoping it will be the answer for me.

ummm - I cancelled w/the personal trainer.  It was raining, I am tired..... sue me.  I did go out today and get a book on kettlebell workouts and ordered a DVD.  I also purchased some critical supplements and will be re-tooling my workouts tomorrow so that starting Monday....it's ON!!!!!!

Not for nothing, but my honey is out of town working starting today.   work=good but I already miss my boo!!!!!  Aiight, nuff of that.......

I will be doing an italian chicken and whole wheat pasta thing for tomorrow - other than that, cleaning and staying chill.  I did a lot of running around today, I am looking forward to my nighttime ****tail and chilling.......

Awww, miss'n your boo...  sweet! 

I think those kettle bells may be my next strength program.  I've been checking them out for months now but you've proven they really work. 

How much weight do you use?

I currently have two 15lb bells.  Most of the programs and DVDs I've seen have you only using one - but my trainer has me using two during my sessions with him. 

the DVD I ordered should come in later this week - I'm going to use the routine out of the book this week though - I also bought wrist guards today - they were recommended in the book and it makes sense because as a beginner you have to learn the forms and you can beat yourself up with the bell if you're not careful - LOL! 

I would suggest that you get the one that you can lift without ANY strain.  These mofos are way different than dumbells - you may THINK the extra weight will help you - but Imma tell you the truth....you'll be  in the middle of your 2nd set!  LMAO
