I did not do well on the salt intake yesterday.  I went to town on some pork skins and now I'm up 1.2 lbs and extremely bitter about it    .
Also, no plain water which I'm sure did not help things.  I got all of my liquids but mostly decaf iced tea.  Holding steady with no caffine.  Eating straight protein between powder and lean meats.  Exercise still not back yet but working at it.

Today no more pork skins, protein powder, lean meats, a quart of plain water with my liquids.  Exercise, I'll do what I can do but I'll do something.    I want this water weight gone and I want to see some fat loss over the weekend.

I am going to lose weight this weekend also.  My plan is to exercise Sat and Sun and stay within my calorie range.  BTW - I love skins also. I doubt you really gained weight.  It was probably the sodium and lack of water.  Once you wash out the sodium you will be back down.  Have a good weekend!  I have to get use to your new avatar!

Its not unusual for me to have real weight gain quick like that but I've got a body water % scale plus pitting edema so I know it is thankfully the salt.  No more crunchy protein snack for me. 

You are really rocking the work outs!  Keep it going girl.

I am up .4 ounces today and I am so freaking happy about it.  Usually around this time of the month I gain 4 - 7 pounds and I went into that meeting expecting that I had gained about 10 because i'm so dam full of liquid and bloated like a mother.  But no it was only .4 pounds and I am one happy chubby chick.

I went for a long walk after the meeting because I just felt so pumped,  i'm going to work on losing 2 pounds next week, don't know if it's possible but i'm sure going to try.

Hello I am back on track I am going to lose weight this weekend as well . I am doing the weigh****chers plan for now . I have already consumed my multi vitamin and 48 oz's of water and plan to consume more. I plan to post here more often to stay on track . everyone  have a blessed weekend

mad life drama yesterday but Im back......did not eat yesterday all day which would have been fine except I did not drink protien vits or water. I did finally eat half of a roast beef wrap with most of the tortilla taken off. I wanted some crackers so I went to the store and bought ONE single serve pack v/s the lovely 6 pack that was on  sale at the grocery store, and 2day I am so glad that they are not around the house.

Today...protien water and vits almost done. Hit the gym early for my scheduled cardio and weight training. Did intervals on the eliptical to get my milage back up and I felt that burn that lets you know you are now working anerobically...that burn is what I look for.

Not hungry today, might eat some of the dinner I am cooking 4 baby boy with the focus on protien.
bout 2 take a nap. Im tired.

I believe in single serving packs cause I will eat until its all gone, lol.  When I want a treat I stop at the gas station for an individual serving.  
Carry your protein snack everywhere.  I keep emergency food post op like a 150 cal or less protein bar or some beef jerky when I'm allowed salt.
