Congratulations are in order!!!!
MM you really don't know how you, Cookie, Salty Pickle and some of the other vets have inspire me. You ladies and gents have given me so much without even knowing. After lurking here for about 8 years I am now in the process of this great journey and I'm so excited. I know that it's not going to be easy but with y'all help and encouragement I know I can make it. So I want to personally said thank you and you all are so appreciated.

A shout out to you Girl,I just want to say ,If it wasnt for this board I would be in bad shape,I am not where I want to be,but I am not where I started out.I struggle so much and now that I am retired and at home more, whew!!!!! Law---dy.You may not hear from me often but I just want to let you,and the others know, you are appreciated. Thanks guys!!!!.
Thanks , its so true that this task is not ezy. the weight falls off fairly fast but you find yourself wanting to eat DORITOS here and there. so you find yo self working out extra hard to maintain the loss. I must admit it is a struggle. Im just praying that I continue to have the motivation to continue to stay focused , the gym gets boring sometimes but I continue to go . I went to the gym wed and forgot my ipod but still continued to do 1 hr cardio then I went to the gym thur and the dayummmm battery was dead but I still continued and I hardly can work out without my muzik but I kept it moving. I get more out of this board than I do at meetings so I will continue to come back to get lifted in my life long journey. WE CAN DO THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ATL STAND UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks MM....your post reminded me that eventhough I had a slight gain--I kept coming back here being encouraged and inspired--and I can honestly say "I'm still in the game to win it".........so thanks for cheering us on today!!

**that's still around...** but you know we know at least ONE of us who has regained all the pre-surgery weight...
And yes, it is a DAILY struggle...I'm almost 7 years out, not where I was 6 years ago with the weight loss, but certainly and definitely not where I was this time 7 years ago...that's for sure!
^5 Trina!

I choose to love myself, live life to the fullest, and encourage others to liberate themselves!
!!! Congratulations are most differently in order!! Grear job T! You are so right, it's not the falling, its the getting back up. It's a lifetime battle and those that gain it back do so for a myriad of reasons, but mostly because they are not working the tool, moving it around and staying on top of it.
Sure we battle our 10-20lb regain demons, I’m in the middle of trying to suffocate my mofo – I’ve shot, stabbed, poisoned and beat the snot out of him, but he won’t die! LOL
Strumming my pain girl, but like you said...you keep beating the ***** back and you don't let it get out of control.
