LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I ate a lot yesterday but I kept it all protein and mainly home made. Sodium, caffine, fats are under control. Protein powder and lean proteins only. I had a quart of plain water and about 90 oz total liquids. Vits are still not bariatric so I only get a "C" for supplements. I don't absorb regular vits properly and I never re order timely.
Today I will try to get my full workout back on track. I've had a lot of 'other' medical issues so its been haphazard just doing what I can do each day. I'm going for all three sessions today: an hour cardio, a half hour strength, ab work. I can see my muscles sagging and they are aching for a full body work out. Besides, I am major stressed this week and I need the release exercise brings.
As for eating? Continuing with what's working at the moment: protein powder and some lean meat. I have a crazy appetite which I must discipline. Now that I've crossed into the 140's my calorie goal has to drop to maintain the same daily deficit. Just say no to snacks.
The scale said 198 this morning – I replaced the batteries, tried it again in three different spots in my house and got out my backup scale…… the backup said 197.6
I’m still not believing it. LOL! I did well on eating – I was crazy busy in the office and after work, by the time I was home, all I felt like being bothered with for dinner was baked chicken and greens.
That cleansing tea has also helped – I know my weight loss was slow before because of my constipation – I just didn’t know how serious it was! But I have a plan to deal with it from now on.
Today is the department luncheon, so I’ll be having Chinese. Dinner will probably be chicken again or pork loin w/greens or marinated cucumbers – I’m back to craving them again for some reason.
And TRYING to get in 2 liters of water – man this crap is HARD TA DO!! Lol
I'm obsessed with using the same scale all of the time. My scale owns me not the other way around. I even doubted the hospital scale when it showed a loss. Had to confirm it with my scale to believe, lol.
Two liters if water is a hell of a lot. I could do it pre op but post op plain water tastes awfull to me. You're determined so you'll get it down.
Got a bomb diggity roasted turkey breast @ the grocery store for baby boy's dinner and may eat some later if I feel like eating will add a small amount of carrots and plain baked potato with it. We will see. Mayb I will fall asleep before I decide to eat. lol
Got one more shake 2 do before bed. I need to go back 2 the store TOMORROW to get the stuff Ive been using to hook up my shakes...gotta stay on a roll since I finally found protien I like.
Almost done with my 96oz water, and one more dose of vits to do. Got my scheduled cardio on today and did the weights again today. Cardio was soooo hard (mayb lack of calories or maybe I just need some new music) with me 'only' getting 2.5 miles in 30 min on eliptical. What happened 2 my 2.8 miles????!!???.
My day today: Its all good......Progress not perfection!!!

Pick up the pace on the elliptical. Maybe up the resistance or change the program? Could be boredom cause its gotten easier so you don't need to work as hard. When the routine gets hard for me its usually time to mix it up.
