It was a question of do or die. CHF, Diabetes, 1st Stage Kidney disease, Hypertension...high everything that you could imagine. Looking at life pass me by because I was not living just existing. Hospital stays....confusion....stress of life...many things going on. A fight that took many years to get to the end result.
I started this journey in size 22-24. I am currently in size 12's and a few 10's. The weight loss is slow and steady BUT most of all, my health has improved. I am thankful for the love and encouraging words, the frontline and backline support. Still trying to do what I need to do for me. Although I may not post often, I am here and still learning day by day.
