All is kosher except this gas.  I know what's causing it but gotta somehow implement some increased will power to let it go. 

Got cardio tonight.  Will do an extended session along with leg activity.  My inlaws are at home and I figure the more time I'm away, the better it will be for erry one

Eating started out jacked up today.  Had my ususal 4 skrips of bacon and some grits and some crystal light.  Normally would follow up with a protein shake or protein coffee but work took off quickly.

Lunch will be tuna/mayo with crackers (same as yesterday)
Dinner will prolly be chicken
I'll have to throw in a shake or two somewhere in between.

Let's Move Out!!!

Love the discipline, making sure to get that missed protein in.  I'm getting back to that protein daily habit myself.

I went to heath club twice this week so far and loving the good workouts I am getting in!  DVDs can't replace a good gym workout!

The gym can be a motivating enviornment.  I work harder with witnesses than I do at home.

Protien vits and water in progress..rest day from the gym. Had shakes and water all day....untilll....a twix bar was left in my mailbox at work.and Oh well....I ate it and it was damn good!

Ok...back on track for the rest of the day. The candy bar was not an excuse to binge. Will get back on my eating plan for the rest of the day. Which was another shake and a piece of grilled turkey breast, califlower and broccoli. If I was real good, Id hit the gym again today to burn off that candy bar.....but I aint that good.

You can call it an unexpected treat or pay for it with a little extra exercise burn.  Add fifteen minutes a day to your cardio this week and work that twix off. 

I've got an extra run planned to make up for yesterday's carbs and fat.  The scale has moved at last and I refuse to screw it up.

You are so right!!!  At home if I don't sweat no big deal but at gym with everyone else humping, sweating, etc you feel you have to up you game so you do!!

Today I am trying to get  it back together. I am not running, but I am working out other parts of my body. Just because my foot is injured doesn't mean I can't do other exercise to build my muscle and burn calories. Im going to put some air in my bike tires this weekend and go for a ride. eating habits are getting better. Yesterday I did have some orange chicken from panda express, but other than that I ate pretty good. Today I am going to do better.

Go girl, work out any way that you can.  

Chinese food got us both yesterday.  The funny thing was I did not enjoy it as much as I used to.  I guess eating better has changed my taste.
