LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I just had my eggs and cheese with coffee. I am about to go and get my first 12 ounces of water to start on. I walked 2 miles yesterday. I still had a few chips and a bite of cake. These are both improvements over having an entire bag or a whole slice of cake. However, I will be so happy when I get back to no more nibbling this or that. I am work in progress...
People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown
Aw hell, unless I'm ready to chat I've got to make myself invisible when I log in here now too. Should have seen it comming. Take no offense if I don't chat at times folks. I generally make a quick post and I'm out even though I remain logged in. If I get into chatting, I get nothing else done.
Still to read the threads of the last two days. Life is a cluster fkcu at the moment.
As for progress, well its a miracle, I've lost another 0.6 lbs. Please, no jinx. I'm sticking with protein powder and lean protein for a while. Maybe I will actually make goal. Ten pounds exactly to go.
Yesterday my eating was careless but I did not loose my mind. Protein bars (small atkins) on the run and a danish during the day. I ate convenient which is not as healthy and protein rich as a well thought out day. I had a Chinese buffet for dinner. High fat and sugar. I tasted everything until I was full. I held it to just a bite of each item. Filled my plate, took a bite, then discarded the item to a second plate. A lot of waste, bad; I did not eat it, good.
Today I'm on good behavior. Straight protein and an herbal laxative tea to detox from all that sugar and grease. I'm over 50% water so I've got to get the sodium under control too. I'm straight with the caffine. I refuse to un-do the progres of the last ten days. I want to see 1-4-?.? lbs on the scale by next week.
