Sleevers?
Hello all!
I haven't been on here for a loooooooong while. Some new faces, some old, some initially un-recognizable due to very successful weight loss, lol. I have been approved for Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy and and currently completing pre-op testing and waiting on a surgery date. I wanted to know if there are other BAF'ers that have has the sleeve done and if you have any info to share and/or advice. My surgeon is Dr. Brian Cantor at Holy Cross hospital.

I am probably the newest Sleever on the BAF board. I am only 2 weeks post op. So far I have lost a little over 30lbs. I believe I made the right choice of surgery for my particular needs. I am looking foward to the rest of this journey. As with any WLS choice there comes tremendous adjustments but I can tell you that I already feel more mobile and have lost 2 inches on my waist. So far so good . You will get the surgery date soon and be well on your way :)
