I did okay yesterday. I had about four bites of smothered potatoes along with my salad and green beans. I was able to get down about 48 ounces of water and 1 diet dr. pepper.
We are walking today and my goal for today is to "cheat" with a few bites of this or that and to get down more water than yesterday. Wish me luck with that because I have not had the first drink of it yet today.

i am way off plan. I guess i have giving myself an excuse because I am sick. I keep telling myself I don't have to exercise because I am sick and my foot has an injury. I can eat what I want because I am sick. For the most part I am still eating healthy with the exception of eating a cheeseburger from McDonalds yesterday. I didn't get in enough water, but I did take all my vitamins. I need to get it together as soon as possible. The scale is already moving up.
protien 96 oz plain water and vits in progress...almost there 4 2day. I will be done by 2night. Shakes only all day. I have bought 1 slice of pizza to eat 4 dinner..cause I feel like it.
Got the gym done and added day 2 of weight training to the cardio.....I am clueless, but I felt some tension in the abs and arms so it must have been right.
Im such a nerd.....at the gym with my printout from the internet with diagrams of how to do the weight routines!! lol

That thinking sets you up for dissapointment but you alrady know this.
Think like a skinny b!itch. No exercise equals less food. Go for higher nutrition, lower calories until you are back at a normal activity level. A feed my sickness attitude results in weight gain.
Remember if lower body hurts, work upper body and vice versa. There is almost always something you can do. I've sen classes with elderly alzheimer's patients where they waved scarves to get their heart rate up for some cardio. Proof that few folks can find no possible workout.
