MD...I am Sending you a big (((hug))) and , know that you are not alone and you can call me anytime, depression is very common I suffer through it at times and I went through months of sadness and did not understand why! Keep your head up and stay positive

Depression was not in my vocabulary until a few years ago when I took a medication that fkcu'd with me for 48 hous after each injection. I've always been hard on myself and considered it an attribute that leads to success. Whole other story when viewed through depression. Self loathing is frightening and dangerous. We need to recognize it and deal with it head on.

So very true.... It is definitely a double edge sword. I would not be where I am at today..if I had not beat myself up so much in the past BUT....its so different when you can accomplish similar feats through self-love rather than self hatred. In the end....the former prolongs your life....no stress and a more positive outlook on life. SO looking forward to seeing you in a couple of weeks. Lisa
