small square of crustless quiche (made with pan sausage, bell pepper, onion and cheese)

That quiche sounds gooder than a mugg!  Recipe, please.  I think I will add spinach to mine.

LMAO!!!!  It IS gooder than a mugg!!!  hahahhahahhaha

I use Jimmy Dean Sage Sausage - but whatever pan sausage turns you on should work fine.  Also, I use a square Pyrex di****'s about 3 inches deep.

6 eggs
1/2 cup or so of half and half
1 small package fiesta shredded cheese (walmart brand is what I use)
1 roll of pan sausage
1/2 onion
1.5 bell pepper
salt and pepper to taste
butter  

Preheat oven to 350.

Dice the bell pepper and onion fine - sautee in a pan with butter until onions are translucent.  Add the pan sausage and coo****il all the sausage is browned, breaking it up as it cooks so at the end, it's almost like hamburger.  Add just a pinch of salt and a little pepper - not too much at all or you will over season. 

Use cooking oil spray to heavily spray the pyrex dish, then place the sausage mixture in the bottom of the dish.  Sprinkle a light layer of shredded cheese over the mixture, then sit to the side.

Whisk the 6 eggs until evenly blended, then add the half and half.  continue to whisk and add a pinch of salt and pepper (again, not a lot).  Add the rest of the shredded cheese and lightly whisk to blend.  Pour the egg mixture evenly over the sausage mix in the bottom of the dish, the mixture may not cover all the meat completely - don't worry - as it bakes, it will rise a bit.

Put in the oven and bake for about 30 min - check every 5 or so min - once you see it beginning to get golden on the top, remove from the oven.

3 egg whites, turkey sausages, my vitamins, coffee with splenda and skim milk.
