LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I was less than perfect over the week but focusing on protein powder with a little lean protein; eliminating salt; reducing fats; eliminating caffine is showing progress. However, last night I created a cluster fkcu.
Naughty, my bad:
1. - Had dinner last night at a place with zero menu items that were friendly to my calorie needs and restrictions. Dinner alone was my day's calorie budget. 2. - Illness has me off my work out schedule for a few weeks but I'm hoping by Wednesday I can get back to cardio, strength, and abs daily even if its a shorter routine.
Pat on the back:
1. - Stuck with the protein powder and with few slips managed to stay on plan. 2.- I got a little exercise in despite having physical issues. Finally lost a pound.
Must fix:
Need bariatric vits. OTC chewables don't work well for me. I am setting myself up for problems by not taking the right vits.
This week's plan:
Stick with last week's plan. I need a few days of liquids only this week to detox off the sodium and fat I ate last night. Say no to sodium, caffine, excess fats. Say yes to protein powder, lean protein, plain water, bariatric vits, daily work outs.

Hey hey hey!!!!! MAN - I had no clue how tired I was from yesterday until I OVERSLEPT and missed my 'window' for the gym this morning......DAYUM!!!!
No worries! I did a kettlebell/dumbell workout at home - not all the work I had planned in my head to do this morning, but I got my sweat on. After finding out I lost 1% body fat in the last 4 weeks - no WAY am I going to let myself get off track.
I did end up cooking JUSSS a lil bit yesterday - I made a crustless quiche w/pork sausage, onions, bell peppers and cheese - YUMMO!!!! Also made Fiber One pancakes - so b-fast will be covered this week.
Anyhoo - am eating now, will get my azz up and do the waking of the 10 yr old.....it's kinda like waking a sleeping bear - you gotta be quick and watch out for the killer fart...... LMAOOOO!!!!!!

Ahhh, a fat caliper I think its called. I used to have one of those things but with all my bumps and rolls I was never sure if I got it right.
I use the department of defense (military) and ymca formulas. I set it up in excel so I just plug in my measurements. I'm a long way from the 18% I'm looking for.

On travel all last week, so ate like crap most of the time despite the fact that I told myself I wouldn't. Not always easy eating healthy when on the go; didn't say it can't be done, just not easy. Anyway, didn't gain thanfully. Did manage to get in my three cardios. One of those was running the Capitol Mall in DC. That was very interesting.
Started getting back on track Saturday. Had my protein smoothies, got a cardio session in on Saturday, even got up this morning and ran the block. Was a pound lighter. Overall, doing well, still below goal.
