Sunday dinner - nope - ain't bout to do it......

Had 2 cook for baby boy. stewed some pork chops with co mushroom soup and lipton onion, rice, splenda glazed carrots. got some turkey breast chops marinating in teryaki in the fridge for the week. Sauteed some onions garlic and mushrooms to have on hand.

Its out to dinner for tonight but the kitchen is stocked for a few days.

My baby made the best turkey and beef meat sauce with fresh herbs. Last night I added ground chicken and smoked turkey sausage so its a meal unto itself.  Some of the family will have veg and others whole wheat pasta with it.  I also picked up a baked chicken so there is no cooking required today.

I am late but I prepared chicken parm w/ angel hair and it was soooooooooo good... That is a once a month meal considering the high fat and carb content but the family enjoyed it.
