LMAO omg, I swear we share the same brain, I woke up thinking hell to da naw to a huge dinner today especially since i did it big last weekend.  Soooo leftover chicken stir-fry w/ brown rice from  yesterday will be brunch/lunch or dinner whatever you wanna call it lol - I did take out 2 frozen tiliapia fillets out of the freezer for me and my dtr for later - thinking about just making a good ole fish sandwich - have sub buns lettuce and tarter sauce - so I think i may oven-fry them w/ the country style zatarian fish breading i have - no sides.  That's it!

Enjoy your Sunday, it's off to do laundry and maybe grocery shopping later if I feel like it.

Hey MM!  It will be a simple and plain menu for me today.

Smothered potatoes with sausage
Green beans
Cornbread

I will only be treating myself with a little of this meal today and it is back to grind tomorrow because I don't want to see your light bright a$$ on my door steps.

Well Sunday is really the only day that I do cook so today I will be making:

A baked chicken, vegetables and not sure what carb yet.  Simple and easy.

Not really feeling the cooking thing either...might have to call Mom-in-law to see what's on the stove lol.

If I must, then it's Salisbury Steak, mashed potates and mixed veggies.    Nice and easy.

Girl gimme a ticket for the lazy train too, it is just too nice to be behind a stove today.   I think tapas at Twist at Phipps Plaza for me.   I am so not feeling domestic today.
