HOLD MY FEET TO THE FIRE! ACCOUNTABILITY POST
This past week has been a messed up one for me.. Been sick all week- sore throat and all, but was pushing the liquids and making sure to get the vits in. However, did not do any type of workout at all..
So feelng better today.. My plan this week is to gt my grind on.. Do my early morning cardios and hit the gym at least 3x this week for strenght training. As far as eating, yeah been fighting the carb monster (especially today), but have been doing good all week..
