LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
The weeks exercise is screwed but there was no other option. Physical issues have held me back. Hopefully I can work out daily in some form all of next week. These muscles are screaming for a real work out. Still fcku'n up on the vits. I Got the liquids in but I lost count so I may be short a cup.
Today might be tough depending on where we go for dinner. Its those fries I steel from the plates of others that get me but only at this one particular place. I've got to keep my hands to myself, lol. The plan: a couple of scoops of protein, a small atkins protein bar, lean meat, plenty of water. No peanut butter, no caffine, no stolen fries, limit fats and salt.

Still eating really well, hoping to lose 2 pounds this week so i'm going to continue to eat well. I haven't had a M&M Sunday in a long time and the way i'm eating i'm not missing them at all.
I am really enjoying this eating, it's like I can eat whatever the heck I want within reason, without having to worry about carbs or points or anything so I'm quite happy.
Gonna keep my weeks eating nice and clean and if a miracle should occur maybe, just maybe i'll lose 2 pounds this week.
I also decided to go get fitted for shoes when I took babygirl - guess tha heyl what??!!! I been wearing tennis that were one full size TOO BIG!!! No wonder I couldn't balance to run! LOL I bought a new pair of shoes that feel great - first 'road' test is tomorrow morning in the gym.
My only issue is this constant constipation....it's killin me! I can tell when it's bad cause my friggin fingers swell up - by body isn't eliminating toxins at all seems like..... I might end up at the doc after this week if **** doesn't improve.....literally!!!!!
Well - about to turn in early today - I'm one tired mofo!!!!
