I was ok yesterday barring a smoked turkey sausage (sodium) and a little extra peanut butter (fats) yesterday.  Zero caffine.  All protein based except for some tomato. 

The weeks exercise is screwed but there was no other option.  Physical issues have held me back.  Hopefully I can work out daily in some form all of next week.  These muscles are screaming for a real work out.  Still fcku'n up on the vits.  I Got the liquids in but I lost count so I may be short a cup.

Today might be tough depending on where we go for dinner.  Its those fries I steel from the plates of others that get me but only at this one particular place.  I've got to keep my hands to myself, lol.  The plan:  a couple of scoops of protein, a small atkins protein bar, lean meat, plenty of water.  No peanut butter, no caffine, no stolen fries, limit fats and salt.

Today is my cheat day.  I will have a litte of my Sunday dinner and back to the drawing board tomorrow of extreme low carbing.  I am thinking about starting my very own Mother's Day Challenge and compete against that inner fat girl inside and let her know who is in control.

shakes, water and vits in progress. Gettin ready 2 head to the gym. I am going to try some weight training after my cardio 2day. Cookin for baby boy, but not sure if Im gonna eat yet. I prob should to avoid a later binge....but IDK, my mind is telling me that 'you are strong enough just to do shakes today'  but then my mind often gets me into major trouble!

Liquids only is not easy but for some folks no food is easier than just a little food.  Don't let your mind screw you over.

Thats right Ms Faith, give yourself that challenge for an extra push. 

I was thinking just this morning that we need a good BAF challenge abut now.  Its been awhile since we had a goal to push for on BAF.  That's what got me to this forum in the first place, reading the challenges.

Still eating really well,  hoping to lose 2 pounds this week so i'm going to continue to eat well.   I haven't had a M&M Sunday in a long time and the way i'm eating i'm not missing them at all. 

I am really enjoying this eating,  it's like I can eat whatever the heck I want within reason, without having to worry about carbs or points or anything so I'm quite happy.  

Gonna keep my weeks eating nice and clean and if a miracle should occur maybe, just maybe i'll lose 2 pounds this week.

Girl I am so glad ww is working for you!  Fingers crossed for 2 lbs or more.

I worked out with my trainer yesterday morning - did my stats and I've lost 1% body fat!!!! I'm still 200 but hey - I'll take that 1% and RUN with it!!!

I also decided to go get fitted for shoes when I took babygirl - guess tha heyl what??!!!  I been wearing tennis that were one full size TOO BIG!!!  No wonder I couldn't balance to run! LOL  I bought a new pair of shoes that feel great - first 'road' test is tomorrow morning in the gym.

My only issue is this constant constipation....it's killin me!  I can tell when it's bad cause my friggin fingers swell up - by body isn't eliminating toxins at all seems like..... I might end up at the doc after this week if **** doesn't improve.....literally!!!!!

Well - about to turn in early today - I'm one tired mofo!!!!
