Happy weekend folks. Sorry about missing Friday but it was an early morning and I was pressed for time.
At last its SATURDAY (postng early to avoid a second miss) ! Hopefully, Thursday and Friday were good days for all.
Tell the whole truth and be accountable. How did you make out this week? Do you need to make any corrections this weekend? Its not to late to fix any mistakes. Do whatever you know you need to do to work your tool.
Remember the basics: protein first, mind the carb monster, water sip sip sip, get those vits... and exercise both cardio and strength. You all know how it works.

LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
It took 47 days for the scale to move 1.2 lbs not counting the bloating. FINALLY!
Protein powder and a little straight protein is working. I had not planned to weigh for ten days, but they weighed me in the hospital Friday morning. I was shocked especially since I'd just eaten and was of course fully clothed.
I slipped up on both Thursday and Friday with a few carbs and a ittle veg. I'm back on track. Succes is my greatest motivator. I slipped before I knew it was working.
Saturday's plan, protein powder, a little lean meat, a protein bar. Hopefully I'll hold steady to plan and drop another pound.

CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR 1.2 POUNDS.
LOL, I swear you are my parallel weight loss struggler. I went to WW this morning and got weighed and I too lost 1.2 pounds. That brings me to 6.6 pounds total for the past 2 weeks.
I was hoping for 3 pounds this week but i'm going to be happy with the 1.2 and continue to enjoy my eating. If I were doing anything else I probably would have lost less so I am happy.

6.6 in two weeks is amazing. WW never gave me those kind of results.
I'm just so glad to post a lost especially since this is from Mon to Fri morning and not a full week. On Mon I had an extra 3 lbs or so of water weight. I thought the best I could expect was to loose a little of the fluid. I'm so glad I lost the fluid and some body fat too.
We both really needed this boost.

Your right, 6.6 is Awesome and I am happy so i'm letting any disappointment go.
My goal for this week is to wear a pair of shorts somewhere.
To stay on plan which is easy cause I love the way i'm eating
Workout everyday including my pushups
Get all my water in which I have been jamming on

poor planning and mental acrobatics had me off today. Water goal was the only goal I made 2day. Back to the gym tomorrow and mainly shakes and a protien heavy dinner tomorrow.
