Okay, this made me hungry again.  Damn.

I think I have too much time on my hand these days during my surgery recovery, taking pic's of my breakfast. Any who it was very good.

9 am - coffee
10 am - 1/2 of fruit n yogurt parfait - no granola
11 am - scrambled egg mix - no tortilla
 
Could had did better had I not been in a rush to get to work but I was doing arm exercises for the 2nd day on the Bowflex.

At 7am I had some peach yogurt
then at 9am had 3 thin slices of deli turkey


Was not really hungry as vitamins seem to detract me from hunger.

Potato salad and a boiled egg about 15 g of protein.  Just getting up to start my day.

protein iced coffee (mcdonalds large iced coffee...sugar free vanilla flavoring, splenda, 2 creamers, and 2 scoops of my fav whey protein.....37 grams of protein, about 250 calories due to protein mix & splenda)
