Visual reminders (pics) to use my tool!!!!!

Hello to my BAFamily!!!

I just posted some old pics that I came across recently and I thought I would share with my OH family.  They are HUGE reminders that I must continue to fight this journey because Lord knows I do not want to ever go back there again.  I have copied one pic below and you can click on my profile and look under the "reminders to work my tool" photo album to view the rest of the pictures.  I am so grateful to be able to have had WLS.  Thanks to all of you who continue to support me even when I want to throw in the towel and say WLS and this tool!!!  But I will NOT!  I am recommitting to this journey.  I am can and will regain control of the inner fat girl and use my tool to be successful in losing these last 10-15 pounds!!

Girl I hear you,  i'm gonna go look at some of my fat ass pictures,  maybe it will help me to stay focused.

LOL...who dat is...that would be me...LOL!  Thanks for thinking I was cute.  After hearing my BF the other day...I have been looking at these over and over again because I need the motivation and to get refocused!

Thanks for the reminder, I don't want to ever see my fat girl again !!! I've got to get my eating right again.

Yes we must do this...I am cleaning all junk food out this weekend.

I carry pics of my fat girl with me.  I have 2 printed that I carry in my pocketbook and I have them on my cell phone so I can't forget.

I have never carried them in my purse because I am a tomboy when it comes to purses.  I don't usually carry one.  But I have printed these out and they are in my vehicles, on my desk at work.  I think I need to be visually reminded when I am about to eat that bag of chips or cookies etc.

Wouldn't even know ya!!! OMG! You have done so well Faith. Workin' that band girl!!  I only have one "before" picture.  I deleted, shredded, tore up, trashed, and burned all the others. 

Thanks (((B))) my band sistah!  I thought about trashing and burning them but I am glad that I did not.  Because now more than eve, I needed to be reminded of what this journey is all about. I came up with my signature  line and now I must live by it.
