I had coffee earlier and I will probably drink an Oh Yeah Protein drink in a little while.

B= 16 ounces of coffee with a scoop of protein
6 oz of light & fit key lime yogurt
S another cup of coffee at work

nothing yet, I have not been outta bed an hour yet.  But breakfast will be  my
strawberries, bananas, blueberries, (fresh lemon) juiced (not squeezed) greek yogurt and 1 scp of protein powder and wheat germ.  Blended together to make on hellified smoothie.   Just what I need to pick me up!
