Good Morning BAF its THURSDAY and we are over that  hump to the weekend.  
Tell the whole truth and be accountable.  Is your program for the week in full swing?  Are you doing what you know you need to do to work this tool we have? 

Remember the
basics: protein first, mind the carb monster, water sip sip sip, get those vits...  and exercise both cardio and strength.  You all know how it should be done so do it.

Still sticking with the protein powder but I slipped on the other proteins.  I was doing o****il I had just under an ounce of peanuts.  Protein true but I'm trying to lower fats and sodium.  Not a good choice.  Fortunately they were not salty.  And I'm still off the caffine. 

But... later I come in to discover two shiny jars of candies in the middle of the dining table.  I left them alone but had a total of 4 tbs of peanut butter for the day.  I could have had 3 oz of lean meat for half the calories and fat with no sugars.  Poor choice, but I've left the chocolate and those evil gummy fish things alone. 

No nuts and an imposed peanut butter restriction of one tablespoon today.   Protein powder, lean meat, a small protein bar as my treat, perhaps a boiled egg are on the menu. 

I was short a glass or two of water yesterday as I fell asleep while sipping that last pint.  I'm going to hydrate well today and sip sip sip. 
I've got missed exercise sessions this week that I need to make up.  Every few hours I'll slip one in so I can catch up by Sunday.  

Last, vits...
well....    again.    Bracing for a beat down.

Protein powder and peanut butter diet,  no thanks. 

Good News!!!!!!   I went out to dinner with a group of people last night and all I had was water,  I ate my dinner before I left home and felt very powerful being able to just chat and not eat. 

My eating is so great right now,   i'm proud of myself.

You are so good!  I'm gonna be like you should I ever grow up. 

Now I would have tried to eat twice untill the pouch said no, lol.  I have to eat sparingly if I want to go out to dinner.  Low cal veg with a little protein all day and a scoop of protein powder.  At dinner I'll make good choices most of the time, but I will eat.  If I ate already I will still want to eat. 

Now, don't talk about my peanut butter.  This was the 'family' peanut butter.  Skippy crunchy, not the low sodium low sugar smart balance omega three I get for myself.  A day in heaven must include a jar and a spoon, lol.

The best peanut butter I have ever have and eat all the time is Trader Joes Flaxseed crunchy peanut butter.    It's a natural peanut butter with the oil on top that you have to stir and lord it is good,  those roasted flax seeds make it even nuttier.   Yumm

I am forbidden that pb until (if ever?) I get some good sense.  For me and a spoon it is a single serving container!

protien shakes water and vits most of the day..just  now broke my fast by eating a small chix breast fat free cheese and zero cal dressing salad. I will continue to do as many protien shakes as possible and eat food as little as possible. Thank god it is not a scheduled gym day 2day as I's tied! will finish my 96 oz water later 2night. Protien shake if I get squirrley.

I need some solid protein right now but I hope to have a few liquid only days soon.  Good choice on the chicken and salad.  If you break the fast you want to stay with protein and low cal veg.

yesterday was an off day. I had to fast for the first half of the day and the second half was crazy. I didn't get in my vitamins because I had the worst stomach ache in the world..I just went to sleep not getting in enough of anything. I didn't even exercise. Today I woke up feeling sick, but I did get in a mile and a half on the treadmill and I promised to do another mile and a half once the babies all go to bed around 8pm. I am working on my third bottle of water and hopefully get in the fourth. Eating today has been okay. I am still on track, but I did have a few extra tortilla chips and salsa. Since I did that then I don't get a snack later..just dinner which is good. I already had my snack. I am going to keep trying to being on track. I am going to challenge myself next week. Instead of three miles I am going to do 4. 2 in the am and 2 in the pm.
