LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I realize at this point out that it is mainly up to me and when I work hard I normally see results so if I am not losing, it is because of me... I would have been at goal if I would do what I should, not that I am doing anything horribly wrong... I lost 17 lbs this year alone because I left carbs alone, exercised and ate properly... But now I want to be normal and I believe that some carbs are a normal part of life... what is your eating like?

I so feel you on the carbs thing. I don't add them to every meal but feel like an occasional 1/2 a small sweet potato or small side of pasta won't kill me so long as I remember moderation with everything. As long we continue to follow most of the rules and still exercise we should be good. My surgeon told me every oncve in a while won't do any harm just don't make it habit or we will be back where we were before.
My goal 135; current 132; pre-op highest 285; I have lost more than I weigh... I my RNY!

Hey Lady, I had my sugery in Dec 21, 2009 with a starting weight of 255lbs. I'm 4 months out and 70.lbs down. I noticed just last week that my scale yo-yo'd by a couple pds for the first itme since sugery. I was suprised being that I hadn't hit the 85 to 100 pds mark down. My diet has been pretty consistent, so I'm thinking to myslef that my "honey-moon stage" is about to come to an end and that this is my reminder to pack up my work-out clothes and work it on out five X's a week to get this additional 45pds off. This was a good reality check for me, I did not come this far to yo-yo at 185. Yeah at 145 I can hanle that. Well lady we just have to step up our Game and handle our business. Either way, you look great.
My Journey to becoming a fabulous me.
Take this as one of many stalls. I have been at a stand still for the past 8 months. I know it's my fault because I'm not getting in my calories as I should and I do workout 5 days a week for 2-2.5 hrs. I agree with Salty Pickle make sure that you continue working out because if you stop the weight will come back with a vengeance.
Good Luck.
Good Luck.
