HOLD MY FEET TO THE FIRE! ACCOUNTABILITY POST
ok just got my workout done. I was so tired from my large reduction on carbs and calories this week. Hit 2.6 miles in 30 min on eliptical which wasnt that far away from my usual. Liquid diet on point today, if I get desperate tonight I will eat a little lean protien.
I have noticed that since being on this mostly if not all shake diet my pouch seems to have shrunk (good news) I feel very full most of the time on the shakes.
