HOLD MY FEET TO THE FIRE! ACCOUNTABILITY POST
I did well with my eating yesterday, protein shakes and lean protein.
One confession someone gave me a mini piece of bit o' honey candy I ate one, haven't had that candy in years and it was gooooood and one small piece was enough. A girl has to have a treat every once in a while to survive this journey :)
I'm a scale ***** therefore I weigh myself every morning and I've seen no movement in the past week, I'm still keeping the "sick" weight-loss off YEAH.
I will continue to keep the carbs as low as possible because they are evil. I have been having a hard time getting in my fluids for some reason I don't feel like drinking but I must get better with that because my skin has gotten very dry and I don't want another bout with dehydration.
I have not felt like cooking lately but I cooked Chili and a pork loin (thanks MM) on Sunday, I froze most of the chili because it's difficult for me to eat the same thing everyday. I plan to have a salad with pork loin for lunch & will make a burrito with chili, cheese, lettuce, salsa and red onions on a low carb tortilla for dinner.
No mercy & no excuses is right!

I like to put them under my boobs to warm them up and get them chewy, well I put two under my knockers and went to physcial therapy, he had me working out and then it came time to bend over, girl the dam bit oh honey fell from under my tits and fell on the floor. The therapist was speechless, girl my ass has no shame, I picked them up and told him that is how I warm them, LOL opened one and ate it.

Yesterday I had an extra slim fast snack bar. It was 100 extra cal, but thinking about today's fast I didn't care. I still didn't exercise because my foot was still a lil tender, but today after my blood work is done and I have eaten I plan on going to the gym. I am not really in the mood, but I have to push myself. I knew that stopping these couple days could make me not want to exercise anymore, but looking at my thighs in the mirror makes me want to do as much as possible.
