Good Morning BAF its WEDNESDAY aka hump day.  (Or it will be in a couple of hours.  )  We're at Day three of this week, are you off to a good start?  
Tell the whole truth and be accountable.  Remember the basics: protein first, mind the carb monster, water sip sip sip, get those vits...  you all know how its supposed to go.

I've got an extra early morning so I'm putting the thread up tonight. 

Still holding on protein powder and a some lean meat.  I did have some rotisserie chicken, but that's the only salt I've had.  Minimal salt, caffine, carbs.  Its only been two days but I'm beginning to deflate; no longer being shaped like Winnie the Pooh.  I tried on a bathing suit today and it wasn't bad.  The extra inches on my waist have dropped off but my legs are still swollen. 

I refuse to have those heavy sick old lady elephant legs.  Not if I can  help it.  My travels today take me face to face with three Duncan Doughnuts; each of which has a boston cream with my name on it    .      I just have to look at these bloated ankles and I know enough to keep moving.

day 3 of liquids. Day 2 was ok. Relapsed on some candy last night. Let's try this again today.

Keep working it.  You'll get there.  Go for lean protein if you need to chew.

I was working out last night and I got a glimpse of my arms in the mirror and even though I haven't seriously lifted a weight in a few months my arms are still magnificent.  LOL>    I have to get back to lifting weights.    

My knee is feeling really good, so good in fact I did a little bit of running in place to test it during the biggest loser and it did well.    I'm getting a Insanity itch now.    I will see what my new ortho doc says on the 26, if I get the yes oh it's on like POPCORN with extra butter.

 What's the QUICKEST way to rock out your arms. I'm still doing the bands but I really, really want some Mrs. Obama arms. Any tips?

Ummmm  what is so great about Mrs. Obama arms ?    Everyone acts like she has such great arms and I just don't see it,  but anyway. 

If you want muscle arms drop the bands and pick up some weights.

Mrs O gets compared to 'average'.  Take a look around at average middle Amrican women.  Arms (and body) look like **** on most everyone over 30.  Check women out at places like airports or disney world.  Most bodies like crap even if they are not over weight.

Just get docs clearance first puleeeaaassse.   I'm working my way up to magnificent.  I'm just at pretty good, lol.

I just got out of the gym - found some slightly different forms for tricep kickbacks and bicep curls - did those and that was nniiiiccceeeeee.  LOL  Still pulling the good weight #s - the workouts with the personal trainer on the weekend are VERY helpful. 

Just finished my protein shake - craving eggs, so I am about to get up to cook that.  Also craving grilled fish, so I will do take out at a cajun place near my gig today - the boss is out of town so it's free day for me! LMAO

Water - shooting for 64oz. Vitamins are done.

I did that herbal tea cleanse stuff....umm.... they should also state on the label that you need to either be single or your SO should be on vacation or something cause you WILL be unliveable during this process!!!!  Jesus Cristo in the mernin! My daughter was howling 'Y didn't you spray mama?'

I DID SPRAY!!!!!!

lmaooooo - I feel lighter tho......
