HOLD MY FEET TO THE FIRE! ACCOUNTABILITY POST
I am managing to do what I need to do but struggling with the idea of saying to hell with it all. I know I don't want to hear those words coming from my BF so I better stick with it. I still would like to see my water improve but I am doing okay. Mostly eating salads with meat. This past Sunday was a treat day and coming off the carbs yesterday was not cute. I just finishe dmy salad and I have had 24 ounces of water already and working on the 36 and it is not even 1:00!

Water Tip: Ever other hour at the 30 min mark I drink a bottle water and I fini**** within that 30 min.
8:30 - 9:00 drink bottle
11:00-11:30 drink bottle
1:30 - 2:00 drink bottle
4:00 - 4:30 drink bottle
6:30 - 7:00 drink bottle
9:00 - 9:30 drink last bottle

MY suggestion...... change up your menu! I'd think life sucked too if I ate the crap you eat everyday.......
why only salads? why not cooked asparagus? a stir fry with bok choy, bean sprouts, green beans and other veggies? what about ground turkey chili (NO RICE)?
change that ish up before you get crazed and kill the first mofo to pull out a mini butterfinger in your immediate vicinity.......LOL!

My Salad: Lettuce, Green Onion, Sunflower Seeds (no salt), Cucumber, Raw Zuchini, Cilantro, sometimes I put a egg or corn in it, sometimes I put a can of rinsed tuna in it, sometimes I put a cooked susage in it, I don't put raw bell peppers in my salad because they give me cramps but if I have some cooked ones I will.
Oh and my dressing is the best in the world, Trader Joes Pear Dressing, OH MY GOODNESS IT IS DELICIOUS.

I do salads with spinach or angle hair cabbage instead of lettuce. Also, salsa or red/green picante cause instead of salad dressing.Very low cal and with hot well seasoned meats filling.
Mushrooms and red onions, a must have. Saute'd and seasoned in a no stick pan with a little spray. Great as a side or over a salad as a vry low cal meal. This is where I can get myself into trouble keeping my pouch full on low cal binge eating.

@ I'd think life sucked too and @ bean sprouts, bok choy...the only way you will get me to eat asparagus is to have it fried and even then I am not a true fan of it. I eat the salad because it is convenient for me. I normally have the green leafy vegetables (like greens, spinach and a little cabbage) but I have not taken the time to fix. Green beans are one of my favorite low carb veggies. BTW, there are some days that I do become postal because I am going through withdrawals at CARB REHAB...LOL!!!
