Pina Colada Protein Smoothie

1 cup of lowfat pina colada yogurt
1 1/2 scoops of Isopure Vanilla Protein powder
4 chunks of pineapples
1/2 tsp of pineapple flavoring
water

Can I ask why you use water instead of skim milk?

I know you didn't ask me but I'll give you my reason for using water or half water and half soy milk.....fewer calories.

chicken broth a good idea, I'm not feeling well this morning and I was going to post that I was having nothing but some hot broth might just do the trick.

At 6:20 am stopped at Mc Donalds and got a Frappe and came to work and added some protein to it.
At 9am just have another protein smoothie.
