Hey Cookie -- Well since I had my tonsils removed last week I have been doing all liquids...just like being a newbie but way different...but still hoping for a jump start...here his my eating for schedule for today:
B- 11:30am GNC 100% Whey Protein Shake (Vanilla) w/ 8oz non fat milk-- Protein 27g
L- 3:00pm Unjury Chicken flavored protein Protein 21g
S- 5:00pm Sugar free Jello Protein 1g
D- 7:30pm GNC 100% Whey Protein Shake (Vanilla) w/ 8oz non fat milk-- Protein 27g
S- 9:30pm No Sugar added Popcycle Protein 0g
Before Bed Unjury Chicken flavored protein Protein 21g
Total Calories--750
Total Carbs--66
Total Protein--97
Water--114 oz
1hour walk= 3.5 miles
I know you did not ask for all this but ...I guess I needed to see this in black & white for myself.
