happy anniversary you may not be where you want to be but you are not where you were and right now that's what matters.  may you continue to be and inspiration to myself and others.  when i'm 4 yrs old i want to grow up to be just like you.          

You don't want to be like me,  you want to be like someone who has kept it off,  I tried to keep it off but I can't no matter how hard I workout.        

You can however workout like me,  chances are you will be thin and stay thin if you do.

My how I miss you. I truly hope all is well--I see that you continue to be an inspiration for others--which, I cannot say surprises me in the least. Take care. Here's to ANOTHER 4 years!!!

OH MY GOD !!!!!  MIKE,,,   I MISS YOU SOOOOOO MUCH. 

I hate that the board died,  because it's like the family broke up, but geez you guys are making me feel so good coming out of the woodworks to wish me Sugversary.   

I love BAF and I miss my old BAF family.

The board didn't "DIE". Stop that. It actually seems to be alive and well, which is a good thing!

Change is constant--people move on, yes, but the support is here more than ever before--which is ANOTHER good thing. No family break up--you should know that I'm always here!!
