I thought yall knew, I am always posting it in the daily exercise posts, my dam bad.

My fattest was 275.5 got to 145 gained dam near 60 pounds back almost got back to 200 pounds, when the doctors suspected something was wrong, but can't find ****

Working on the 180's now.   I TOLD YOU I WAS FAT DAMIT, Take my word for it.
