The knee rehab unfortunately is a long process of 6 months, I can workout but nothing like I want to. I just stick with my program and hope to be 100% sooner than later.

You know my plight and you know the fight. I have a lot my fat to kick but now my knee is ****** up. LOL LOL So I can't kick to hard.

Wow can't believe it's been 4 years, I am hoping by summer i'm a size healthy as Queen Latifah use to say.

I am a big girl struggling too and I to am better off than 5 and half years ago even though I never reached goal weight. I am happy but I know I can do more. Good advice to the newbies!
