HAPPY SURGERY ANNIVERSARY TO ME !!!!!
4 Years ago today, I was laying on a table having my insides re-arranged. They said it would help me get healthy and skinny, and while it did help me get healthy I'm far from skinny but i'm still very happy.
I went from 275.5, taking 154 pills a week for all my ailments and just a fat mess. I may not be the skinny girl I was 2 years ago, since my gain, but i'm a lot better off than I was.
My best advice I can give to newbies is that they better not start acting like they are to normal to quick, cause that weight can and does come back if you act a dam fool and not work your tool.
