Thank you so much, I may try going to a support group because I need as much help as I can get. I am working on transforming my mind, my relationship with food. I will overcome the stressful and emotional eatting relying on God's strength not mine.

I am a bandster also and may not be on often but if ever you need to talk leave a msg on my page and I will be sent an email and will get back to you as soon as I can with any help I am able to give. This board may not be as lively as it was in the past but everyone is here for each other. Good luck and don't let anyone not even your Dr tell you that what you have lost is not a success. No matter how much be it 1 pound to the 130 something that you have lost it is all a success.
