LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Overwhelmed and mia yesterday, I was going to skip it today. Often I'm all alone on Saturdays. Since I signed in to see what's doing... might as well.
Calories 1339/ protein 117g/ net carb 61g/ fat 61g. No exercise. The next week will be hard to manage but I'm going to keep my eating in check.
Today I need to watch the grazing. I've defined my feedings and need to make sure I don't allow them too close together.

I've been on point for the most part. I'm still home recovering from hernia/bowel repair surgery and my sleep and eating patterns are really screwed up and I find myself wanting to eat while still awake in the wee hours of the morning while watching TV. Last night I had a salad it was soooo good so I did not feel too bad. I return to work the end of April therefore my goal for the comming week is to get my sleep and eating schedules on point because when they are off my vitamin schedule is also off.
I lost 18 pounds as a result of only being allowed to consume a clear diet for 2 weeks then soft foods for 1 week. I must work hard to keep those "sick" pounds off. This loss puts me 20 lbs to goal which I WILL reach by my birthday in August.

Had a great eating week, i'm really enjoying my new eating because I love fruit so much. I stayed very faithful this week and i'm planning to stay on track today.
Just found out I have to go to a party on Wed and that will be a test, but Becca said she will be having no cake or any bad food so that will help me not to have any either.
My new shorts are finally starting to fit like they should and not squeezing my belly and making me look like i'm expecting.
Going into this coming week very positive.

Girl I am a fruit addict, today I got a huge flat of strawberries from the corner Mexican guy, 2 bananas, a apple, and a bag of grapes which I freeze. I did pretty well not eating all of them in one day though just hope I can do as well with them tomorrow.
Oh I went to the Weigh****chers meeting today, I think i'm going to join because I like the meetings, I don't know how much longer they are going to just let me sit in. The OA meetings are a bit far for me and I went and it was cancelled and I was pist. There is no number to call to check for cancels either.
So far doing well with this Weigh****chers way of eating.

I've heard the same about finding an active OA meeting from a few people. I do chatroom because I do not need the face to face contact. Some place to spew when I'm pissed off or fkcuing up is enough for me.
The OA.org site lists contact people for each meeting. I've heard mixed things about its accuracy. Besides, they focus on eating behavior not dieting. If you've got the food and head issues under control it might not be for you.

Howdy!!!! I had my session with my trainer this morning and WHEW - I's tired boss! LOL
Will be doing some house cleaning/organizing for a bit - then later on, babygirl's first soccer game - she's so excited!
Eating will be okay for me today - I haven't really been all that hungry. Sunday will start a dieter's tea regime - it was suggested to me at the place I get my laser hair removal done - I've been all bloated and icky lately - the lady said it would help - we will see........
Main focus for this weekend - WATER!!!! I've been dehydrated lately and I really, really need to work on that.
Will be doing some house cleaning/organizing for a bit - then later on, babygirl's first soccer game - she's so excited!

well "aunt flow" came to vist and prob. brought those 4pounds with her.....too bad I well into "fluck it mode" because of the weight gain I saw on the scale friday, and had been bingeing all weekend. I have been depressed, jealous of others, and have not been to the gym since tuesday.
I am going back on the pre-op liquid diet effective tomorrow. My shakes came in the mail today. Im just going to do shakes and water b/c Im sick of counting calories and strategizing on what to eat every damn day.
