Dang - Dr. Buford did my TT - LOVE HIM!!!!! Did you talk to them to see if they would work with you on the out of network payout? For me, he was out of network with UHC, but accepted their payment in full for my procedure. Talk to Joan Jefferson.
As for other suggestions - go online to your ins website and search plastic surgeons - you can find those who are in-network - then you have to dig down into who can do post WLS TT. Be VERY careful - not every plastic surgeon can do post WLS work - I know PERSONALLY how you can get jacked up from this lil detail.........
