ASSES UP!!!
Lifted up that is. Lifted as in that Brazillian butt lift workout dvd set. Any opinions? I know some of you must have seen the infomercial.
I no longer look like a sister from the rear. I've got major @$$ sag. So far stair stepper, elliptical, bike, linges, squats, and its still flat back there.
This claims to work each section of butt muscles. I know the right sequence can make a difference in workout results. It won't help the skin but it may bring some shape back.
Opinions please?
