I am praying for you and your family.   I know what you are going through, I am a single mother and everything was falling apart around me last year.   I had to let it all go and remember what was important.

I ask myself what really matter and gave all the rest to the Lord.  Only thing that matter is my kids and there health.   I priortized everything and had to stop paying somethings.   I had to let my credit go.   What they going to do come and get me?     Now today, the mortgage company wants to work with me.   Everything is falling together.    Just keep your head up and it will work out, it has too.

Bills suck, when I wasin my early 20's  I had a ton of bills and bill collectors calling me all the time, most nights I couldn't even sleep.    I know how it feels and it is not good.


I hope you come into some big money and have enough to pay your bills and then some to put away for emergency.

I was thinking about you when I was setting with my MOM.  I thought I had a lot on my plate IRS wanted 3950.00 back this year and oversight of mine in 2008.  Then the insurance charged me 2150.00 for meds(in this week alone). I thought if anyone else wants another dime I was going to hollar.  You know I had to think God have never gave me anything that I could not have handle.  May God Bless you with a peaceful out come.  And you KNOW THAT fibromyagia is going to kick in on you if you don't calm down. I FEEL LIKE the devil his self had been on my back(fibromyagia)

I'm curious as to how you don't qualify when you are on disability. And why Chapter 13? Have you look at Chapter 7?

Thank y'all so much for letting me know I'm not alone. Glamazon you didn't come off as super sister Christian. I appreciate anyone praying for me and leading me to a closer walk with God. Kathleen you're right about the fibro flaring up if I don't calm down.

Valena, my hubby didn't look into chapter 7 because he wanted to pay our bills back and we did a chapter 7 about 11 yrs ago. My hubby said the lawyer told him that our debt wasn't bad enough for a chapter 13. My hubby's check is getting garnished for a big amount so that cuts into his take home pay, he has a good factory job. It's just with his garnishment and now us being behind on our bills for almost 3 months now, I feel overwhelmed on how we're going to catch up. I guess it's a good thing we don't qualify but it would allow us to pay everyone at a pace we could afford. We have a daughter in college and a son at home. Our daughter changed schools and gave up her scholarship but got a student loan and is working and got a grant. I just don't understand all of this stuff and a lot of this was happening when I was sick and in the hospital and the stress is making me worse.

I have been in the situation before where I had health problems, was unable to work and also had bill collectors hounding me.  I just wanted to send you a message of support and to let you know that even though the situation stinks right now, YOU WILL GET THROUGH THIS. 

Make taking care of your health your first priority.
