Ain't that a slap in the face. 

I admit I would have been mad, more at myself for opening that door to him.  But, I also would begrudgingly accept that I already knew I needed to fix this because my eating has gotten raggedy.

You've got a keeper there.   He will hold your feet to the fire for real.  With       love.

I think my feelings were hurt more than anything.  I guess I thought he was blind and could not see my eating habits changing and believing to myself that he would not say anything even though I asked him to...be careful watch you ask for.  I have accepted that it was long overdue and I needed to fix it.  This morning we went to Wally World and got all of our salad stuff for our fridges at our jobs.  He really is a keeper and yes he held my feet to the fire!!!

Yesterday was a super busy day. My oldest son went to school and said his throat was sore, so I had to get the twins and go pick him up. The twins had a drs. appt yesterday so I called and asked for a slot of my oldest son. Well, I walked/jog on the treadmill for 3 miles. Took the kids to the dr, and then I made my way to the grocery store. I did good with nutrition as well.
1100 cal, 85 protein, 137 carbs, and 27 fat. Not sure if the numbers are good or bad, but I know I got all my protein in for the day. Plus 8 cups of water.. Today i am planning on keeping busy. I have a few errands to run. Usually I try not to do them because taking the twins out is a job in itself, but I have to overcome that and start enjoying my life.
My food choices for today consist of:
b - 1/4 apple, half small box raisins, 1/2 tbl peanut butter, 1 oz cheese(2%), and 3/4 cup of chex cereal. Its a lot of food and I am working on taking my time eating. I am one of those quick eaters. Always have been, but now I am trying to slow it down.  Not sure about lunch and dinner just yet, but going the grocery store again with my list.

The numbers are good if its where you need to be.  Set your goals within your doctors protocol and you'll do ok.  Those busy days can be tough tov stay on track.  Good hanging tough.

I'm skrait....lol!  I've actually been doing rather well.  I didn't want to say it until I was back, but I am right at 200 today.  I was 207-208 about 6 weeks ago.  I had intended to keep quiet until I got back into onederland - but it seems that some OTHER folk (will remain nameless to protect the innocent) need to read and get motivated.

I was in the gym this morning for my usual - cardio and upper body, then did a lil kettlebell swingin when I got back home.  Protein shake and bagel for b-fast, homemade chicken soup for lunch, iced coffee w/sf syrup and splenda after that.

**warning - sinful treat up ahead**
I've got a starbucks choc chip cookie waiting for me and my 4pm conf call (total snoozer)

Dinner will be baked chicken and greens

I need to get more water in - so I still have time to get back on track with that.  As for sleep - well, umm - I might be making a lil 'run' later tonight......a midnight 5K marathon - I hear those are really benefical health wise and can be real relaxing.....  LOL!!

An ****** is an all natural sleep aid.  Work that marathon and sleep well.

What the hell kind of marathon you running and can you do it with a bum knee.    
Cause my favorite marathon is really hard on the knees.
