I over indulged yesterday.  I had a can of ff pringles and a couple of extra sf creamsicles/ fudgsicles, one of each.  No workout so that puts me in a calorie surplus position.  Surplus equals fat.  Fully out of vits now.  Three cups short on the water.  Not a good start to the week.

Calories 2082/ protein 192g/ net carbs 155g/ fat 69g

I've not planned out the week in full and at the moment I don't give a rat's @$$.  For now, protein, veg and let the rest fall where it may.

Yesterday was yesterday , and today is a new day. I tend to over indulge, but I don't let it get me down I just challenge myself the next day. Good luck..

I'm eating exceptionally well,  I go to the ortho tomorrow to see if I can workout on this knee.  

Decided not to try the Insanity fit test yesterday since I have the appt tomorrow anyway i'll wait until then, my knee doesn't need anymore trama.

Don't think i've lost a dam pound, in fact probably gained some knowing me.   But i'm still eating like a champ.

Good going on the good eating.  So glad you're holding off on insanity.  Let the doc clear you first.  I wish I cold try that test before buying it.

Yesterday was pretty good. I ate all the right things and ignored all the bad stuff. I walked three miles, and almost got in eight glasses of water. I think I missed it by one..Not really sure. I was too tired once bedtime rolled around to finish that last cup. But I did drink three cups of milk if that counts towards anything. The sparkepeople.com is great. The last meal I had I couldn't even fini****ook in enough protein, so Im happy with that. Its a lot of food to eat. Before surgery I would have been starving trying to eat so little, but now it seems like a lot.

Portion size is what's so amazing.  What I consider a big eating day anything greater than the needs of a sedentary person under 140 lbs.  Gotta love it! 

Congrats on making  your water.  Milk and other no cafine beverages do count.

I let life get in the way today of my health goals..busy, stressed and overwhelmed @ work. People and circumtances are on my LAST nerve!!

Protien vits and water 1/2 done and I am not even gonna worry about finishing.  I's TIED!!! Rest day from gym thank God.

Eating fine: no junk, no large portions, in fact barely ate. but left the last of my protien powder at work by mistake.

Im getting ready 2 go lay down. Today was rough!!

Good job keeping your eating on point.   Especially when stressed. 

I usually keep protein powder with me.  Just in case I need it.

I am on a roll this week.. Planning, prepping, and trying some new foods...


I  need to drink more water...and doing good with the exercise.
