LOL Same ole same ole..................Protien Caramel Frappachino. Still yummy after almost a year and a half. Gets my protien boost for the day right out the way good and early!

Today is the start of a new way of eating for me. I have decided to track what I eat each day instead of just eating what I see. I am learning the key to being successful at weight-loss and maintenance is planing. For breakfast I will be having 1 cup of nonfat milk, 1/2 cup of fruit ****tail, 1/2 teaspoon of peanut butter, and 3/4 cup of corn chex cereal.
