How lonesome Saturdays have become on BAF. I need to do my dirt on Fridays so I can post with no witnesses on Saturday.
Calories 1334/ protein 81g, target of 100g missed/ net carbs 110g, target of 50g blown straight to hell/ fat 50g. Still no multies, lots of plain water, exceeded liquid max again. All the extra salt and carbs has me thirsty and bloated.
I've been living on mostly take out. Unable to able to cook. Most of you know I'm a problem child. I'll skip the details but I'm not getting around well lately so my diet is suffering. Calories are in check but many foods are battered and fried etc. However, three buffet take outs have fed me for most of the week.
This is why i need to keep the freezer stocked with prepared meals. Failure to plan... you know the rest.

Well, this week has not been good for me. First of all. just 1 day at the gym and my eating was not on point for most of the week.
Today I took my fat behind to the gym and have committed to just protein and veggies today. I trashed the mixed nuts (my demonic grazing) this morning.
Tomorrow I begin the day with coffee and a protein shake and will be off to the gym. I struggled today in Spin class.

Been there. We know which foods are evil. Protein and veg are my standard, everything else is a treat.
Its wasteful but try a small bag of mixed nuts at the gas station; weigh your limit; throw out the rest immediately. Portion control managed and no possibility of grazing. Plus you max intake is limited to the 2-3 oz pack as opposed to an entire can if you can't part with the extra just yet.

protien, water, and vits in progress...Im behind due to an luxiuriosly looooonnnnggg nap while my son was out with the g-parent**** they gym after I woke up, and WOW what a difference all of that rest did on my workout! Could REST be the missing link? I was so tempted not to go but did not want to deal with the guilt. Glad I did.
