Sunday dinner.........

That all sounds good.....

Today it is
pan fried chix breast cutlets
splenda and cinnamon nutmeg glazed carrots
black eye peas
a spoonful of rice

Dont stop mm,  lol cause if you do then I can't copy off of some of your meals anymore lol lol.  Today leftover over turkey spaghetti & jambalaya from yesterday, - make some chicken breast with ginger, cinnamon, and cumin to go over my strawberry spinach salad for lunch Mon & Tues - I brought a bottle of raspberry/strawberry vinagarette to go over it - delicisous - I also made some over fried spicy cajun whiting.  Thats it - i know kind of a weird dinner but couldn't make up my mind so I did whatever lol lol.  Have a great Sunday everybody!

My son found a job in Savannah and he is living with me (don't know whether to laugh or cry).  Anyway, when I got home from work, he had prepared ground turkey tacos.

Lawd knows I need to get back on track.  Yesterday I cooked smothered pork chops, rice & gravy, mixed vegetables, cornbread and for dessert...dayum the people that have the plant in Brenham Texas...Blue Bell Buttered Pecan Ice Cream.
