Have a blast, its just a week, lol. I'm not photogenic no matter what i weigh. Only mu hs graduation and wedding pics look good. Everything else is more miss than hit, lol. I'm looking forward to those pics.

I hear ya ladies...I hit my breaking point about 6 weeks ago and was like fluck it, but am back on track one moment at a time....thanks 2 the excellent example yall have been setting! Take a break if you must ladies and then come on back!
My friend who is 5 years out told me today that she still cant eat a whole chick fila sandwich..I was like sheeyt! I can eat the sandwich and the fries no prob. Oh well......staying off the scale and plugging forward.

I took a break last week. Must stay grounded today. Like it or not.
I still weigh and measure my food daily cause I want to keep portions small on the regular. I hold dense protein to 3 oz; up to 4 oz if its soft like fish or ground meat. I want to be like your friend in five years.
Now carbs, they are mostly sliders for me. This is why I must avoid them. There is to little bulk so I can eat unlimited stuff like crackerrs or chips. Same with most veg but that at least is low cal.

Great Job on measuring, I really should do a better job, but Im doing the best I can right now. I hear ya on carbs and crackers, and sometimes when Im feeling 'cheaty' ( ie playing head games wih myself) I know I can fill up on those and not get stuffed like on dense protien.
