Its my own fault....

 ok, so I just a call from United Healthcare, my case worker Joy introduced herself to me. As she went down the list of the requirements for aproval of WLS, I started smiling and my heart start to flutter like im on my way! OMG! and then she says oh in addition to the 6 month supervised diet. I said oh yeah I have been going to Weigh****chers for the past 5 1/2 months, so she says ok well do you have record of it I said yes, I have the book with the stamps of the weight taking stamps. So she said oh ok good well, as long as you wieghed in every week... ok every week, there were a few months I might have went 2 twice a month. one month I think in February I went once. So she said well its "not going to work". Lord forgive me, but I may have to do some illegal **** and make up dates or something. I am ready to begin on my new journey. I have been planning to get this sugery for the past 4 years I just dont want to wait another 6 months because of that. PLUs I been busting my ass for all these pre op appts!. Just venting....what should I do....

I have UHC and I'm on my 3rd month of supervised dieting.  My case worker told me that the weight requirement was monthly and not a weekly weight-in.  You may want to call her back to verify, because if that is the case then you are almost there momma. 

I said that to her. I said I was told at the orientation that we only really had to go once a month for supervised diet, weigt management. She said well for Weigh****chers to work you have to attend weekly meetings. So I said I was not told that. She said that if you miss ed one week here and there its ok, but not 2 weeks at a time.....

Spoke to my case manager at the surgeons office she said that that also was not true at least if I went once a month, I told her I would be so upset if they deny me of this because of this she told me not to worry....so Im still

Damn, its amazing how UHC changes the rules contract to contract.  I had UHC with BCBS  (payors for doctor/ hospital). Thank God I had no wl requirement pre op (surgeon or insurance).
