LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I'm just fcku'd. Three times I went to the store and left the multis. Now I'm low on calcium too.
What I did right was got the protein 100g+ and the net carbs 50g- and plenty of plain water. Don't look for any workouts this week. So far just 30 min cardio. I'm going to try but I'm having major muscular issues so we'll see...
Calories 1223/ protein 104g/ net carbs 50g/ fat 58g. I'm running a one pound deficit for the week so far. Hopefully I'll get some cardio in even just a little. Strength is definetly out. You already knw I'm a problem child, lol.
I did not count my liquids but I've been sipping water all day. At least a quart of water and I'l guess 90 to 100 oz total liquids which is actually over my max per my cardiologist. I guess I'll be retaining. gven my inactivity I am holding the calories low.

my bad - I'm tired and grumpy (DUH!) anyhoo - yesterday was my mother's 68th B-day. Babygirl and I went over after her soccer practice. Notable exchange of the night:
Mom: I got a B-day card from (insert name of Allstate agent).
Me: really?
Mom: yea - guess he has a computerized system that sends them
Me: No - cause I didn't get a card
Mom: You must not pay online - the profile has your email address and stuff
Me: I have my policy registered with the online service - have for a long time
Mom: Oh....well - let me rephrase..... you're just not me.
*pause for effect*
Me: Yep, you're right. I have yet to become a motherf*cker.
That was a classic moment! She'd asked for shower gel - didn't want to shop for it herself so I got an assorment from Bath and Body Works. The enclosed card read: 'Hope you enjoy - you may now wash your azz to your heart's content!'
I did good on eating yesterday - stayed too late at mom's so my sleep is off, but otherwise I did good! I will be dragging myself through today tho.......

protien vits and new plain water goal done. 2.7 miles on eliptical in 30 min done....and boy I had to drag my "A" kicking and screaming to the gym 2day. Pitiful...Im in there praying all through the workout. Eating: flawless!! Funny how when Im not at work, the eating is not as much of an issue..... better figure out how to cope quick, cause Im back on the grind on monday.
Had to go to the dreaded wal mart supercenter to stock up on some good eats...here's my score today

There will be those days when the gym isn't fun, but the results are so worth it. Its the results that make me do it when I'd rather not.
