HOLD MY FEET TO THE FIRE! ACCOUNTABILITY POST
Here is an inspiration I pulled for you. The scale can be your friend. Make peace with the scale...:-)
Weight Loss Surgery Daily Inspiration For June 25, 2008
Don't let the scale make you crazy.
Many people use the scale to determine how they should feel about themselves on a given day. If it is frozen or moving up, they get a strong urge to throw in the towel and eat, eat, eat. But paying such close attention to the scale and making self-judgments based on its movements is not motivating. You haven't gone through WLS to be uncomfortable and to feel badly about yourself.
Yes, you need to check your weight consistently, but you do not have to check it daily. And you can work on the self talk you use when you do weigh yourself. If the scale makes you crazy, then you know what you need to work on. You can work on changing how you think about the scale and how you treat yourself as a result of weighing.
Action for the day: In your journal, write about your feelings when you weigh yourself. Are you at peace with weighing? Take some time to sort out what you can do to bring some sanity into your relationship with your scale.

Protien done, vits almost there, 3/4 done with my new 96 oz water goal. Today was a rest day so gym tomorrow! I had a showdown at the store with th 75% of easter candy...all of my favorites tried to seduce me. But I won....pastelle white cocolate bunnies and the rest of her sugary friends were left on the shelf.

Just like on easter, his basket laid around and he barely nibbled on it.......he was more intrested in the toys. Meanwhile I was on my first diet at his age (8 years old)
