LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Anyhoo, food is on point. Calories 1204/ protein 129g/ net carb 44g/ fat 48g. Lots of plain water except for one pint and over 80 oz total liquids. Still out of multis but all other supps taken. No workout is fkcu'n up my planned deficit but I'm rinning a one pound per week average so far.
Did great yesterday on eating - not intentionally - haven't been hungry so it was no problem not to eat or graze on bullshiot. Protein shake and bagel for b-fast, tomato basil soup and half a BLT for lunch, ribs for dinner (ate 1.5) and that's it.
I did okay on water, but not spectactular
Vitamins got done
this morning I did a little more on the kettlebell - I really like that thing! I will probably head to the gym Friday morning tho - I miss it! LOL
this morning is grits and sausage, lunch will probably be some kind of soup, dinner - who knows?
Snacking is another thing entirely. There's a fine line between a snack and all day grazing aka eating around your surgery. Do you keep a food journal or track your intake? Now may be a good time to start.
Most people as far out as you are in the honeymoon stage and can get by without being dilligent. Lucky folks; I'm still bitter about not having a honeymoon. Stick to your protocol religiously now.
Develop good habits. Get that max early weight loss because it wil get harder down the road. Decide how many feedings you'll have dai;y and about how large each will be. Take control of the snacking by carefully choosing and planning the foods and the amount between meals.
