Damnit I was sick again today and exercise was an impossibility.  That's rare because I'm a true believer that you can find a workout no matter what your level of disability.  I've got to find a left side only workout, lol.  Looks like a bad month ahead.

Anyhoo, food is on point.  Calories 1204/ protein 129g/ net carb 44g/ fat 48g.  Lots of plain water except for one pint and over 80 oz total liquids.  Still out of multis but all other supps taken.  No workout is fkcu'n up my planned deficit but I'm rinning a one pound per week average so far.

I have failed at the water challenge since Saturday.  I hope you get to feeling better.

Sip sip sip, you can do this.  Just start with one pint plain and the rest something you like.  Morning coffee even if not decaf, soda, any liquids.  Work your way up to the 64 oz cafine free.  You cand do it, one glass at a time.

Did great yesterday on eating - not intentionally - haven't been hungry so it was no problem not to eat or graze on bullshiot.  Protein shake and bagel for b-fast, tomato basil soup and half a BLT for lunch, ribs for dinner (ate 1.5) and that's it.

I did okay on water, but not spectactular
Vitamins got done

this morning I did a little more on the kettlebell - I really like that thing!  I will probably head to the gym Friday morning tho - I miss it! LOL

this morning is grits and sausage, lunch will probably be some kind of soup, dinner - who knows?

I love the small pouch days.  As long as I get enough protein I'd be glad not to eat.

Those kettle beels sound like fun.  Maybe I'll put them on my list of workouts to try.

I don't have small pouch days, but i always have large pouch days. I am constantly hungry. I have no idea what I am doing as far as eating. I seem to snack all day.  I think i get all my protein, amongst everything else. I do drink plenty o****er, I exercise m-f, and I am good with taking vitamins. I have challenged myself not to use the scale for 30 days, and so far so good. My day to weigh in is April 30th. Each day is a struggle, but now I am going to challenge myself not to snack on foods that increase my hunger.

Weighing is a personal preference.  For me, knowing daily where I stand keeps me focused.  For some, it causes loss of focus or obsession and anxiety.  The latter would be me if I did not weigh for a month.  I gained 130 lbs when I stopped weighing daily.

Snacking is another thing entirely.  There's a fine line between a snack and all day grazing aka eating around your surgery.  Do you keep a food journal or track your intake?  Now may be a good time to start.

Most people as far out as you are in the honeymoon stage and can get by without being dilligent.  Lucky folks; I'm still bitter about not having  a honeymoon.  Stick to your protocol religiously now.

Develop good habits.  Get that max early weight loss because it wil get harder down the road.  Decide how many feedings you'll have dai;y and about how large each will be.  Take control of the snacking by carefully choosing and planning the foods and the amount between meals.

That is exactly what I feel I am doing. Eating around my surgery. OH NO>> I need to develop a daily plan. Thank you for helping to realize that I am setting myself up for failure..if that is safe to say. I need to plan my meals. No more grazing. I had this surgery to become more healthy.
