Feeling good.  About to rip open my protein bar to eat with this Mocha.

Work up early to workout but found the snooze button.  Only working half day today before going to parent/teacher meeting.  Will be able to squeeze a good hour and a half in the gym right after that.  Got back and arms today.

Got to work on this sweet tooth.  I'm afraid I'll be coming out of the "honey moon" period soon, being a year out.  Don't want to slip up.  I think that when I increase my water intake, it help curb my sweet apetite.  So trying to increase tha****er.

Other than that....KOSHER!!  Let's ROCK this Tuesday!!

Tuesday will ROCK.  Gonna grab some protein, take a run then grab some more protein to get my start for the day. 

For sweets, I'm making my protein powder into a cookie dough with a few drops of baking extract, a tsp smart balance light, a tbsp splenda.  Knead into a stiff dough.  Pound into three cookies.  Microwave for 30 seconds.   Tast like carbs but its not.

You are slipping BAF!  Not one ass kicking for my poor behavior over the last two weeks.  Not even on the b/l, lol.  Got away clean after my full confessions.  Is no one paying attention or do you simply not love me any more? 

Respectable but not spectacular best described my start for the week.    A deficit above 800 for the day.  Calories 1229/ protien 125g/ net carb 43g/ fat 43g.  All supps except multis of which I still have none.  Burned up the elliptical.  Ran my mouth the entire time and burned an extra 70 calories and half a mile talking about books and sci fi geek stuff. 

Liquids not counted but well within the 80 oz range and mostly plain water.  Water only to swallow pills seems to be working. 

I've got a lot happening medically for the third consecutive week but I will eat properly.  I'm already pumped full of high dose steroids and now I'm popping the oral steroids too.  I'm swelling up like the stay puff marshmallow man.  Shaped a little like Winnie the Pooh today. 

So while I'm back on thyroid meds I can almost guarantee a five pound gain this week no matter what I do.  I willl not even think about getting on the scale. 

I'm totally incapable of any serious strength training right now but I am pushing the cardio.  Week 9 of freeway to 10k (thanks to MsPickles getting me running indooors); elliptical; or bike daily.    How much I'll just have to play by ear.

Did some kettlebell exercises to the DVD at home this morning - WOW!  I'm going to LOVE working with this bad boy!! 

Eating was kinda bad, I didn't really eat yesterday - had some issues going on and lost track of time, by the time I did get back to myself, it was after 9pm - so I just called it a night.

Protein shake and b-fast this morning though - looking to focus on water - vitamins done!

Remember when bad eating meant having everything in sight?  A low cal day here and there isn't bad at all.

Gave myself full permission to eat whatever over the weekend out of town. Back on the program as of this morning. Hit the gym and did a SLUGGISH 2.6 miles in 30 min on the eliptical....Im sure due to all of the junk i ate over the weekend. Vits done water done protien done...and tired as hell! But feeling strangely comfortable being back on track.

Went shopping while out of town and was shocked to find myself in a 22....in all stores. May not be impressive to some, but a little over 8 months ago I was a size 30. My foot  has shrunk a little too...this was motivation for me to hop my butt right back on the train...enjoyed twisting around town in my size 22 sundress and high heel sandals (gasp!) today.

Cogratulations!  Its a good feeling to see the sizes drop.  Success is the best motivator.
