I'm Still Hanging In There
Now I have very low blood pressure so they advised me to add some salt into my diet and took me off a new rx for fibromyalgia. I've lost more weight and I'm down to 167 and my last labs showed my liver enzymes elevated. I'm unable to really do much because I'm so lightheaded and dizzy. I eat 2 meals and it's hard some days and other days I eat all day. I was checked head to toe while in the hospital and there were no abnormalities in my surgery.
I don't know where to go from here but I take all of my vitamins and I'm drinking drinks with electolytes in them. My pcp did mention that anorexia would affect my heart so I will be eating and I don't feel I'm anorexic but she felt the need to express that to me so I took it in and I'm working hard. Do not take your surgery lightly and if you have chronic illnesses already please stay on top of your health.
I'm so sorry you are going through this sweetheart. I am praying for you and I will put the prayer warriors on it too. Listen, it sounds like your doctors don't know what to do. Maybe it's time to up your game. See someone else. Go to the Mayo or john hopkins if you have to. Don't let them bounce your around cuz they don't know what the *bleep* to do with you. There is an answer, just cuz they haven't found it doesn't mean it isn't there. (((((((hugggggss)))))))))!!
I don't remember all of your issues but I do know some meds increase liver enzymes. (Been having the same issue just this past week.) It may be hard to eat much but do at least get a couple scoops of protien in a day no matter what. I don't have to explain it, you know better than I do how it promotes healing. Unless of course there is a medical reason why you should not.
Stay strong. We struggle but may we will make it through.
